This Ethiopian coffee is grown very high up in the famous Yirgacheffe region, which is full of the fantastic Heirloom trees. The coffee is harvested between October and December and is fully washed.
Makes a wonderful espresso. It makes a shot that is both very fruity (pleasant acidity) and sweet at the same time.
Expect really funky and floral flavours; think of Earl Grey tea and whisky.
