Rwandan Roast
Despite its small size, Rwanda is home to some truly divine coffee. Grown at altitudes of 1,400-1,900 meters, this Arabica coffee is a blend of Bourbon and Typica varieties that are fully washed and sourced from 40 washing stations and 35,000 farmers across the country. The beans are hulled, graded, and hand-sorted at the Rwanda Trading Company in Kigali, resulting in a sweet, well-balanced coffee with beautiful fruity notes of cranberry. When roasted to a light to medium level.
It makes for a delicious nightcap as an espresso.
